I have a botched molar metal crown done by a previous NHS dentist. I requested from this practice that they replace the crown and the dentist here told me that they can't do it and my only option is to remove the tooth entirely which I refused. They have then sent me to a "specialist" which was in fact some students learning dentistry at a hospital only to be told the same thing, effectively wasting my time and money I used to travel there. I refused to believe that this was my only option, therefore, while on my holiday to Romania (my country of origin), I visited a dentist that told me th…
My visit was to see the hygienist. Kate is wonderful. She listened to my concerns and gave me very good advice about caring for my teeth. She explained everything beforehand and I was very happy with the result. I have been going to this surgery for years and highly recommend them.
I had not been to the dentist since 2023 as I could not get a suitable appointment time. Finally had an appointment on Monday. The staff are very friendly and polite. The dentist that saw me was very gentle snd gave good advice. Great service.
Kate was the kindest hygienist I’ve ever had. Doctor Kleila was also super sweet. Both of them were so thorough and took such good care of me. It was my first time at this practice and I will definitely return.
