I took my 82-year-old mum to Lancaster Dental Practice today and she was cared for by Dentist John and “Big Mama,” the nurse. They were absolutely outstanding. They made my mum feel safe, supported and completely at ease. Their professionalism, kindness and friendly approach genuinely amazed me. They looked after her so well from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough — if I didn’t live so far away, I’d join the practice myself. Outstanding team!
I had an excellent experience with Dr Victoria and the whole dental team. The tooth extraction was carried out very smoothly and professionally, and Dr Victoria made sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire procedure.
the process was so quick and easy! dr khalid bageni, as well as emily and bianca, did a great job at making me feel comfortable throughout my extraction process! i was initially so nervous but they distracted me by engaging in great conversation, and by the time it was over i didn’t even realise as it was so fast and painless!
I was referred to Lancaster house for a tooth extraction on Friday and I am a massive baby when it comes to anything dental related - Dr Khalid Bagneni was my surgeon and this is the 1st time i have ever been compelled to write a review for something / someone i'm so afraid of. He was so lovely, so calming and seemed to know exactly how to keep me distracted while he removed the tooth! The ladies assisting were also really lovely.
