Impossible to get an appointment. Filled in a form and within an hour got a link to book the phone appointment - that was the end of the positive experience. Following this I've spent a week hunting for the appointment. Each time i was getting a message that there are no free slots and suggesting to call the practice to help with booking. 3 times a day during the entire week. Tried calling the reception who said they cannot do anything g with that as they do not do bookings any more. They also confirmed the link will still work next Monday, which was a lie. 8am, Monday - link expired. What …

I recently registered with this GP practice and have already noticed a huge difference compared to my previous one. The team are responsive, appointments are easy to book, and the practice manager replied to my email quickly and professionally. My doctor took my concerns seriously, explained things clearly, and arranged blood tests and treatment without dismissing my symptoms. I feel listened to and supported here.
