Was with these 2 years they kept cancelling appointments and made excuses saying I didn't turn up for them. My last appointment I was going to be 5 minutes late due to traffic but rather than waiting 5 minutes they took me off the system and said it was an excuse. There new receptionist is proper rude and ill mannered. They were also supposed to referred me to kings hospital to have teeth out, I waited for over a year and a half just to find out they never bothered to send a referral. Was referred by NHS 111 as an emergency booking due to severe pain. They performed an X-ray only to inform me that they couldn’t do anything and that I would require private treatment of £800+ per tooth. I was quite disappointed as when I decided to go through another dentist they explained the issue and removed the tooth without any issue. Don’t waste your time going here, patient satisfaction is definitely a 1.
