John Dineen Dental Surgery

Excellent. Mr James Ramage is my dentist at this practice, he is absolutely brilliant, I have always been petrified of dentist's. James made me feel at ease from the first second of my first appointment, he talked me through everything, chatted and played great music all of which made the whole visit a pleasure. I won't say I have lost my fear in general but have certainly lost it where James is concerned. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dineen. He is incredibly gentle, polite, and highly professional. I’m truly grateful for specialists like him — he makes dental visits so much easier and more comfortable. The entire staff is also friendly, professional, and ready to help. Regarding the negative comments online — some people blame everyone around them when they’re unhappy, but my own experience has been completely excellent. P.S. I am NHS patient

Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment on 15/09/2025 at 12:00, but I wasn’t seen until 1:15, after patients with later appointments were seen first. The dentist showed no respect for my time and then told me I had to book another appointment. The staff were disorganized, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible. Called them and when they finally picked up after waiting, they told me to hold the line. I was kept on hold for 20 mins including the waiting time previously. Didnt hear from them at all. I was in need of immediate dental care/advice. Useless practice.
