I received truly outstanding service at Palmerston Road Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness, warmth, and genuine care. The staff were incredibly professional, patient, and understanding, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Lovely dentist with friendly receptionists to greet you. I saw the dentist Mohseni and it was a good experience. I needed an emergency tooth extraction, he made me comfortable and explained the process well whilst ensuring I was okay during the procedure. The nurse was also really reassuring. Although it was a daunting situation, the whole experience was made better due to the professionals.
I must say from start to finish, they have been an absolute blessing, extremely efficient and professional. Superb after care and genuine frontline staff who make you feel welcome and safe. No exaggeration when I say the best dental experience I have had without doubt.
