Had a hygienist appointment with Gita Broka and she was absolutely fantastic. Truly one of the best hygienists I’ve seen — I learnt a lot from her and the quality of care was excellent. However, my experience with the dental check-up was disappointing. My team had forgotten to book it, so I asked at reception and they kindly said they could fit me in. I ended up waiting around an hour, and the actual check-up was only about 5–7 minutes, which felt like a bit of a waste of time after such a long wait. Mixed feelings overall — brilliant hygienist work but the long waiting time for the check…
