Started my experience with diamond white which wasn’t great, then got transferred over to impress when they closed business, I’d hoped Impress would provide a much better service but I was wrong. It took 3 months waiting for my second set of 10 aligners, and when I did finally receive them they were delivered to my neighbour whom I do not know. Luckily they found me on linkd in and phoned my work to inform me that they had my package. Now have been waiting months to get an appointment to finish my treatment with them. Had a brilliant experience with Impress from start to finish. The initial 3D scan at the clinic was super professional and high-tech, which gave me a lot of confidence. I love using the app to track my progress—it’s much more convenient than trekking to a dentist every two weeks. My teeth are moving exactly as planned.
