Impress London York Road

Guys please stay away from impress if you don’t want to get your blood pressure raised . I waited 4 months for my aligners. No updates; no tracking number no accountability or apology. Once the aligners arrived 6 weeks for an appointment to have them fitted; once again no apology or any empathy. Payments taken from my account every month without fail tho!!! Stay away

Virginia and Victoria at the York Road Impress Clinic were brilliant today. They kindly fitted me in at short notice to replace a couple of attachments I had managed to dislodge only a few weeks into treatment. Turns out I have been biting my chewie far too enthusiastically, who knew they are meant to last! Really helpful, reassuring and full of great advice on managing the soreness. Very grateful for the quick help. Highly recommend.

I have had a bad experience with another orthodontist, while going through the procedure of having my aligners, so for me to start this journey again, it was crucial to find the right provider. Little did I know, this was even worse - although something else was promised. Since my first appointment early November, I have been waiting for months now to receive my aligners and they still failed to send them to me. Very happy with Impress, with them professionalism and the team is amazing. Especially Zaira she is been very clear and understanding in regards to my worries. Also Polina and Hannah they have been very good and professional. I highly recommend Impress!
