Hoe Street Dental Surgery

My children have been patients at this surgery from a very young age and all I can say, Dr Jason Maisuria is a superstar! Always highly professional, reassuring and friendly. My teenage child has been referred to him recently for an extraction prior to the braces, Dr Jason managed to make the experience stress-free, quick and smooth. He always listens to the patients and makes sure the patients are leaving the surgery calm and well informed. Thank you!

I would rare this practice as 0, but there is not such an option. Trued to book an appointment, but was told I'm banned, because apparently I did not show up on my last appointment they said. In reality I did call them in the morning telling them I was not well with flu symptoms, they still arguing that it should be 2 days in advance to which I reply if I knew I would be unwell I would happily inform them. Also they said I didn't turn up in 2009?! I wasn't even in that area that time. Just to add up I am paying customer not NHS exemption.. Anyway I only wanted to book an appointment because…

The worst service provided a cooled up a week before they told me the appointment was at 12:40 call on the day just to confirm they told me the appointments at 12:15 so I told the lady I’ll be 10 minutes late which I was exactly 10 minutes late by the time the assistant went to the dentist to book me in. She took another minute she came back telling me the dentist has refused to see me because I was in a minute over than the time I said and that I didn’t call to inform them and that they couldn’t help me with anything else. I just have to book another appointment to come in.
