A really pleasant, professional and efficient service. The treating dentist took the time to explain the problems which I was experiencing with my teeth. Additionally, she gave me some useful educational information pertaining to oral health. It was a great experience and I am very pleased with the service which I received. Keep up the amazing work and a very heartfelt thanks from a very satisfied client.
Unprofessional ( Dr Melody Golparvar ) During the appointment, I asked about a referral for one of my children and explained that I had lost the paperwork that another doctor had given me around six months ago. Dr Golparvar responded by saying that I did not need a referral and stated that “the other doctor does not know what he is doing”, implying that only she was correct. After the consultation had finished, Dr Golparvar then spoke to her nurse in front of me and my children, stating that there was a referral on the system and that “all the patients should go and follow that doctor”. I love this "New" lady dentist. Dont know her name, or if she is "New" or not, but she has treated me twice already this week and I am scheduled to see her again on Fri (24th). She is a Boss.... She seems to care about the patient that want and need dental care. She has looked after me this week, and even though my treatment is on going, she has really put herself out in making sure I get appropriate help for my needs. Hope she stays...... Must find out her name, but whatever her name is, "Keep up the good work".
ZEROOO STARS This place is an absolute disaster from top to bottom. I genuinely don’t understand how this dental surgery is still operating. The staff turnover is unbelievable people seem to quit faster than they can be replaced, which leaves patients dealing with a constant stream of confused, untrained, and uninterested employees. Every visit feels like starting from scratch with people who don’t care enough to even pretend to be professional. The attitude here is shocking.
