I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Happy Smiles following treatment with DR ROSE I attended the practice to have three fillings completed. Before the procedure began, I clearly explained that I wanted numbing cream applied before receiving the anaesthetic injections. Although this was acknowledged, the cream was only applied to one side DR ROSE was about to proceed with the injection on the other side without numbing cream, despite my repeated requests. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. During the procedure, I was not talked through what was happening.…
I highly recommend Dr. Rose. She’s warm, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. Every visit feels comfortable and stress-free, and the quality of her work is excellent. I’m really grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist!
