2 asian ladies at the front desk are rude and disrespectful!’ We had an appointment booked for 27 January at 2:10 pm. When we arrived, we were told there was no appointment and that it had apparently been moved to 23 January. This makes no sense, as moving an appointment forward without agreement is very unusual and most importantly, we were never contacted or informed of any change, despite being told that we had been. Deserve 0 Star. Not replying to my emails regarding me delaying my daughter’s treatment plan. When called no answer, then eventually told to wait for manager’s reply, 2weeks later no reply. They are also refusing to cancel her upcoming appointment. Very unprofessional
My son was referred here by his dentist. Would not recommended at all. There is a lack of communication, when I call up for an update and advice no one has any answers. They also sent a treatment letter to a completely random dentist so nothing had been actioned for 1.5 years! It was only when I booked a checkup appointment that I discovered they had the wrong dentist info. I will be asking for my son to be referred elsewhere because I just don't trust this place.
Dr. Aun is an excellent orthodontist who combines professionalism with genuine care for his patients. He takes the time to explain each step of the treatment process clearly and ensures that patients feel comfortable throughout. The clinic is well-organized, and his team is courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the results of my treatment and would highly recommend Dr. Aun to anyone seeking quality orthodontic care.
