An excellent job of cleaning my teeth from the hygienist. However,, I had booked and paid £78 for 30 minutes. I was called in at least five minutes late but finished.on the hour exactly, meaning I had less than 25 minutes. Hence the four stars. I only realised the punctual finish after I had left the practice. I’ll probably just book and pay for 20 minutes next time.
I have been attending Half Moon Dental Practice for a number of years and have always found every member of the team there to be very professional and caring starting from the reception staff to the dentists ( Daniel and Nikki in particular) and specialists. Today I went there for a check up with Toby Beal and he explained the issue with tooth in a friendly and thorough way making the whole experience comfortable.
I had a new patient visit with Malika Pereira to check on an infection, she quickly was asking me where I usually get dental work done etc and told me to do a full check up which I did, she did not answer my question about the infection that I came in for I had to ask repeatedly about how to fix it but she just wanted the X-rays done. She then proceeded to tell me my dental health was horrible which is fine however she was extremely rude and kept going on about how it’s “too far gone” instead of giving me practical tips on how to improve it other than telling me to book a hygienist often an…
Really happy with my experience at Half Moon Dental. I had my wisdom teeth removed and re-root canal treatment recently - the treatments went well and the dentists were informative and supportive. Having a specialist endodontist for the re-root canal was very reassuring.
