After ringing 111 as an emergency appointment I had an appointment within 2 hours. Once in the waiting room, I waited an hour for my appointment, which ideally was reasonable. I received a warm welcome by Taba (not sure of spelling)the dentist. She completed the extraction of my tooth. She was very informative all the way through. She was thorough and the treatment was excellent. Also the price of £27.50 was also excellent.
Everyone are ever so nice and welcoming; very clear about the next steps; my daughter’s teeth has been straightened in 2.5 yrs as planned, and the whole processed was followed through in a very professional no-fuss approach. Fernanda has been particularly helpful - THANK YOU
Thorough NHS check-up performed on a Sunday, having only booked on Friday night. Only request is to let patients know when there are significant delays to clinic. My appt was over 30 mins late due to emergency appointments which is fine, but it would have been nice to know it was going to be a long wait.
Booked an Emergency booking for a filling. I asked the receptionist if I can book to have a filling replaced as it had fallen out. She booked me in as an emergency to have the filling done. When I got to the practice, I checked in as normal and explained that I have an emergency booking for a filling. I was told to pay a £27.40 fee, normally for a checkup. I was called in to see the dentist 20 minutes later of my appointment. When I sat down in 5he chair I was told that I'm having a checkup, I told them I have an emergency appointment for a filling and that's the service I want as booked. T…
