Just had my dental review at Gallions Reach Dental Practice with my dentist Jay, who always reassures me and makes me feel safe and comfortable. I’m naturally very anxious and fearful about dental appointments, but Jay’s calm and caring manner makes a huge difference every time. Caitlyn was extremely patient and understanding when discussing my treatment plan. I really appreciated that I wasn’t pressured at all to commit to a date or time to start treatment. The dentists are determined to do the best to get your smiles back. Detail explanation and treatment procedures are their core value. I will recommend Gallion Reach for any one who cares to look after his or her dental. The staff are also customer friendly.
I just had an appointment with Aimee and I’ve never felt so at ease. I was communicated with through out and felt comfortable whilst getting a filling done. We’ve arranged a plan for me to go back for further treatment but for when is suitable for me with regards to the cost which I appreciate also! The reception team was kind and booked me in for my next appointment whilst there. Thank you Aimee & team !
Today I saw Seema and Kreston. Very pleasant and friendly experience. Seema reassured me to continue with my current hygiene routine, but to continue to use the plastic hard and brush flosses. I'll be back for another hygiene in January 2026. Thank you.
