I've had more cancelled appointments from this surgery than I've had hot dinners. It's every single time I book an appointment, and I've had enough. The last one, which was booked 3 months in advance (in December) was for a February appointment this Friday. Got a call to say it's been cancelled and the next available is in April. Stop taking on so many new customers if you can't look after your existing ones. You seem to be so fully booked a normal appointment is a 4 week wait. Most people can't wait that long anyway. Another great Service from Dentistry For You (Forest Hill) I was seen today by Alkistis who is absolutely fantastic, VERY professional, VERY informative and she gives her treatment with great empathy, making you feel at ease. The staff was very welcoming and Dr, Qureshi was kind, gentle and because she had a cancellation of the next appointment she asked if I wouldn’t mind working on my teeth straight away. She showed compassion, dedication and real kindness. I truly appreciate it. Moreover, I feel at ease, my teeth feel much better and they look more healthy. I am impressed and I can’t thank this dentistry enough for making me feel at ease, welcomed and work so well on my teeth.
