Excellent experience with the dentist and nurse. The dentist was gentle and all my questions were answered. It was also easy to arrange the appointment with the receptionist.
Manager Kwok-Kit Ngan comes the dental hospital every Friday, but unfortunately, he is not good at his job. He constantly forgets what needs to be done, never admits his own mistakes, and always tries to blame others. He tends to exaggerate potential dental issues and makes patients feel unnecessarily anxious. When contacted by phone, he speaks in a careless and disrespectful manner, showing little interest or professionalism. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare setting, and it seriously affects the quality of service.
I used to be terrified of the dentist until I started coming here! The staff here are so kind and welcoming. I now no longer dread going to the dentist.
