First Dental Grove Park

My visit with the dental hygienist, Vathana, was truly excellent today. I usually dread these appointments, but this experience was the complete opposite—it almost didn't hurt at all, which is a huge credit to her expert technique. ​It was an incredibly professional experience and I was offered some really valuable advice that I know will greatly improve my daily dental routine. I was so impressed that I actually rebooked a follow-up appointment in four months on the spot, which is something I never do. Highly recommend Vathana. Thank you so much!

As a nervous patient with dentist visits, first dental are very caring and the hygienist Swati was excellent and gentle giving me full control on the dental chair, when to stop when to start as and when needed, showing me how to apply teepee brushes to keep gums healthy and debris free. Poorly organised, poor communication I.e., arriving for my appointment to be told it will be charged at an extra rate as no nhs slots available - it's the principal and silent expectation this will just be acceptable. Dentist was late and I was only told when I went to the desk wondering why my appointment was running nearly 15mins late. No apology, just blank faces and something about lack of nhs spaces. Not my problem frankly. Generally feels chaotic and unprofessional. I found another dentist right away, booked an appointment with them and won't be going back here and wouldn't recommend…

This is the dental practice I have been with for many years. They are professional with strong expertise and great care. I don’t live locally but am so impressed that I don’t mind to travel extra miles to see them. Recently I had problems with one of the teeth which again wasn’t easy to deal with. Like quite a few times previously, Claudine discussed the options with me and fixed it successfully with my choice of option, which I am very grateful. Many thanks again!
