I had a dental appointment this morning with Dentist Tanny and nurses Sandiya and Aaliya, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dentist Tanny was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel at ease. Sandiya and Aaliya were equally kind and supportive throughout the appointment, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. No bedside manners... I walked out! I was due to have a wisdom tooth removed at this practice. Dr Andy Hawkesford was abrupt from the beginning (before I had even sat down), asking why it was necessary for the procedure to take place, without a simple greeting. Prior to the appointment, there was ample opportunity when liaising with the receptionists to understand the reason for my extraction. I explained my reasons to him (which included experiencing a few infections with this tooth), which was met with "I highly doubt that" as his response. I had a fantastic experience at this dental clinic. Aaliyah and Dr. Thanusa were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and delivered outstanding care. They were meticulous throughout my treatment and offered valuable advice on how to best maintain my teeth. I have been using Family Dental Practice since I was a teenager, and it truly is an amazing place. The staff and receptionists are always friendly, welcoming, and professional.
