Had my root canal done with Dr. David Longley. He put me at ease from the get go and let me listen to music on my earphones while he works. You can just tell when a dentist, nurses, reception are all in sync. Glad to have found a clinic with reasonable prices for this procedure and no compromise on quality. Thank u to all 💫

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely shocking practice with dentists who are under qualified and stab you in the mouth with their equipment. I’ve been back to this place to fix my retainer 3 times in the past year. Shoddy customer service. Never available on the phone, always go to voicemail and then mailbox full because so many are calling to complain and book in. Avoid avoid avoid.

Showed up for my appointment just to be told by the nurse (who was filling in as the receptionist that day) that my appointment has been cancelled by the doctor - without letting me know. No missed calls, no email or text message from the dental surgery which is just rude and unprofessional. The next available appointment is of course not until next month... Save yourself the disappointment and choose a dentist who is actually organised, they can't even get the basics right.

I was a patient here since Jan 2018. Last month I was running 15 mins late for an appointment. I rang to apologise and the receptionist told me as it’s the second missed in 7 years I have to change dentists, giving the reason I was a “waste of chair space” - a sentence repeated to me five times in as many mins. I think that’s beyond an unprofessional way to speak to a patient, or even a person. I did not want to change dentists as the first dentist I was seeing at the practice (Mr C Smith) - broke a tooth while working on adjacent one which led to a removal. My last appointment (with Mr O…
