Dr Grace & Omar Masoud I have been coming to Eastside Dental practice for over 10 years now. Masoud the new receptionist is very polite and professional and listens very carefully. All the dental technicians who have supported Dr Grace over the years have been very polite, professional and attentive. Omar is all these things and more very patient and focused. Now to Dr Grace she has been exceptional every time my son or I have seen her. It wasn’t a good experience; The male receptionist was very rude and disappointing with a lack of manners and professionalism. I have seen many reviews where other patients have experienced the same from him. The practice should acknowledge this issue. However, the dentist and male nurse were helpful.
I would recommend Dr Banu and her team for their professionalism, quality of care & outstanding care towards myself and my kids. Always giving useful advice and helping kids understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
I had a great experience getting my teeth sorted after neglecting them. I appreciated the care and advice from the dentist. I will be back for sure
