I had an excellent experience at Dulwich Dental Clinic. The receptionist is always helpful, and the fantastic service starts as soon as you walk through the door. Everything runs efficiently, and you feel well looked after from the outset. The dentist and dental assistant are professional and reassuring, always making you feel comfortable. They take the time to recap previous dental issues and ask about any new concerns before the review begins. When treatment is needed, they are courteous, clear, and mindful throughout. I would like to thank Dr Matin Honary for the outstanding care I received. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring throughout my appointment. Her level of patience was exceptional, and she took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times. It’s rare to come across a dentist who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care.
I have been a patient at this dental practice for 6 Years and cannot recommend our dentist Dr Matin enough. She has always had my best interest at heart and I trust her more than anything. The reception have always been wonderful and given great customer care. The receptionist Janice, has always given me great service from the moment I registered with the practice, and Rose always gives the brightest of smiles. I couldn't recommend this dental practice highly enough. I have been putting off going to the dentist for about 8 years following a bad experience and being scared of going again, but my time here has really changed my outlook. Gillian & Janice on reception were so kind and welcoming, as was Nurse Aliyeh. Dr Farshad Arbabi (Fred) made me feel settled and comfortable, he is so kind and explained everything through so that I knew exactly what was going on. I've never felt so calm at the dentist before.
