I was disappointed with the service I received at this practice. I was booked and charged for a 60-minute initial consultation with Dr Sanei; however, the appointment lasted approximately 15 minutes. Had I been aware of this in advance, I may have reconsidered proceeding. The outcome of the appointment was a recommendation for hygiene treatment, a further follow-up appointment, and a referral to a periodontist for another initial consultation.
