Maria on reception was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and very professional. She checked me in, helped with the forms, and even made my 88-year-old mother-in-law a cup of coffee, a really thoughtful touch. The waiting room was spotless and comfortable, and it was clear from watching her with other patients that she genuinely enjoys her job and delivers excellent customer service. Raj the dentist was equally impressive, very thorough with a calm, friendly manner that immediately put me at ease. A really positive first visit.

This was my first check-up at this dental practice, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. I was seen by Fozia Aziz, who adjusted an existing filling without proper checks. No X-ray was taken. Within two weeks, my tooth developed swelling and pus, clear signs of infection. I urgently booked a dental emergency appointment, but when I arrived, after 40 minutes of waiting, I was told they couldn’t see me due to “technical issues”. I then tried to rebook, only to be told that this dentist works only on Mondays and Tuesdays, and that even if I were seen, I would likely be referred to a…

Recently moved to the area and can’t recommend this dental practice enough, from the reception team to the dentists and hygienists, everyone at every stage has been efficient, swift to help and quick to answer my questions or concerns. They have been not just highly efficient but also super pleasant and friendly and I couldn’t be more grateful for such care and attention.

Never had an issue with this practice. All staff members from the janitors, orderlies, nurses up to the surgeons have been exceptional. Even when appointment times have been delayed they keep patients fully informed. Reception staff are always very welcoming, and the rate schedule is very reasonable. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
