I had an emergency appointment at this dentist through NHS 111. The reception staff were polite and helpful, but the treatment I received in the clinic was very upsetting. Once I was taken into the room, the dental assistant was extremely rough. She pulled the chair back abruptly, pressed on my face harshly without warning, barely looked at my teeth, and didn’t give me a chance to explain the pain I was in. Really bad experience, I’d avoid (especially as an emergency NHS patient). I’d like to preface this by saying I’ve never left a review before, but If me sharing this can save someone else it’s worth it. From the moment I arrived, I felt like an inconvenience. The dentist seemed rushed, showing no interest in understanding my issue or what I was experiencing. In fact, I received more compassion from the 111 phone line operators. It felt like their main goal was to hand me an antibiotic prescription and move on. I left in more pain than when I arrived and felt deflated by the experience. I…
