After being told I needed a root canal quite young I was really scared and anxious. Edward Brady performed root canal surgery for me a year ago and I am so grateful I was able to receive his care. He is so knowledgeable, thorough and really takes the time to get to know the patient and make sure they feel comfortable. He quite literally saved me from losing my tooth and I wouldn’t recommend anyone more! Jemima
I have been a patient for many years and have always had a good experience with the exception of my last visit. As I had not visited the dentist for sometime, I had to pay private, but was told by the practice manager, for my next check up I could return as a NHS patient. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case, as I was treated as a private patient and when I questioned why this had happened, was advised this was never the case. I don't see how you can continue to stay loyal to a dentist when they treat their patients unfairly. I would think twice before using this dentist!
I was seen by Edward Brady and genuinely was one of the best dentist experiences I've ever received. His patience and clarity were very reassuring. He explained to me all the issues I was having in a way I understood, which sometimes I find dentists don't, he was also very gentle - with the injections believe it or not it was like they nearly happened. The treatment I received was almost 2 hours long and throughout I felt cared for and relaxed (to the point of falling asleep) 100% would recommend.
I recently had an emergency dental situation and was in urgent need of assistance. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received at Dental Clinique Balham. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff and manager were incredibly attentive and understanding of my situation. They made me feel welcomed and reassured during a stressful time. Dr. Manon, the dentist who treated me, was absolutely fantastic. She not only addressed my dental issue with expertise and precision but also took the time to explain the treatment process thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable…
