I have been coming to this clinic with my family for a very long time and this is the second time that I’m having a serious problem here recently. The first was when I had porcelain applied to my tooth which needed to be filed. I was flying the next day and I called immediately to let them know that my tongue was being cut by a shard of porcelain in my mouth. They would not give me a time to correct this before my flight and eventually having cancelled everything that day they squeezed me in with Dr Nikki. I found that very unprofessional that they wouldn’t correct the mistake and I had to …
I am writing to thank you for the excellent care I received during my visit on 30/09/2025. I also want to mention the outstanding communication from the front desk to the doctor. Dr Sophie Gaskell is a dedicated and empathetic dentist. I highly recommend.
Sophie is so kind and reassuring. She looks after my teeth brilliantly. Martina is equally kind and takes enormous trouble not to hurt my sensitive teeth and gums. Despite hating going to the dentist I always look forward to seeing them both.
I have been coming to this dental practice over 12years to see Dr Shah. I'm a very nervous patient but alwaysput at ease by the dentist. Just had extensive dental work and I'm very happy with my new smiles. Highly recommend especially the receptionist upstairs.
