I had some complex dental issues which were resolved by Rob and Eliza.i was very nervous about the treatment but they were exceptionally supportive and caring, they talked to me the whole time and made sure I was fine. I am so grateful to those two. The practice has all the in-house technology for dealing with complex issues. The receptionists and back ground staff were so accommodating and the treatment package goodies were excellent. I thoughly recommend the whole practice. The time taken from beginning to end was fabulous, just right, from treatment to recovery to final work.
The clinic is in an easily accessible location. It's very clean and tidy inside , which reduces stress. Dr Nasim Mechoui gained my trust instantly with the way he shook my hand in greeting. I felt in safe hands. I felt his sense of responsibility. The consultation was conducted extremely professionally at a great pace. It was a fruitful meeting. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen !
This is an excellent dental clinic with a super reception staff , accounting team and, of course ,top dentists. State of the art service with the latest technology - prices are all clearly communicated up front and there are no hidden charges. Staff are all diligent and customer service is their priority.Travelled from Nottingham for numerous sessions and was an overall success.Special mention to the french receptionist Shanna who is always so kind and accomodating when making appointments.
I had two dental implants molars on my lower jaw and needed bone grafting. Dr Ionel Nistor is the best man for the job! He was professional and supportive throughout the whole process. As a rule I hate dentists but Ionel is the exception to the rule. Also the nurse Elisa was so fun and supportive, we had a few laughs which helped the nerves. If I ever need anymore work done I want this team to do it. Thank you so much.
