I wore braces for over a year, having monthly visits, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single appointment went smoothly. My dentist, Dr Ankit and nurse Renata were amazing. Always professional, welcoming, and efficient. They made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. When I required changes to my treatment due to unforeseen circumstances, they were nothing but supportive and accommodating. I truly appreciate how seamless they made the whole journey. Highly recommend!
Great service from hygienist & also the dentist (Hanna) who was really lovely and patient & went through all with me throughly. HOWEVER: I found the receptionist not too friendly, but also a mix up of an overpaid deposit which she seemed to have no record of. Luckily I always keep my receipts via email and had this to hand!
My 10 year old was put at ease and very patiently managed whilst having a baby tooth extracted. My daughter commented, afterwards, about how nice the lady dentist was. Not bad after having a tooth pulled!!
Excellent service especially from the Reception Team who goes above and beyond to arrange appointments and interpreters for my mother despite confusion regarding NHS/private treatments and options. There are closer dental practices near us but I am sticking to Dental Beauty Lee for now!
