I can’t recommend Zoriana highly enough (and her assistant Iryna). They are absolutely brilliant — professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Zoriana always takes her time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel completely at ease in the chair. I usually feel anxious at the dentist, but her calm and caring approach makes such a difference.

Was easy to book NHS dental checkup online, dentist was friendly, clear and explained and showed the X-rays to me. Was waiting slightly longer than expected (15 mins or so after scheduled start) but wasn't a problem for me. Waiting area has comfortable seating and wifi.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice (previously known as Bickering), particularly with the lack of transparency and the rigid, punitive way policies are enforced. I have been a loyal NHS patient at this practice for several years. Recently, when I called to book a routine check-up in order to proceed with fillings, I was informed that I had been moved from NHS to private care and would now be charged £65 for a check-up. Absolutely the best dental team I have ever met in England. I am extremely happy with the work Zoriana has done for me – she is truly amazing. I have never met such a kind, warm and genuinely caring person. Iryna was fantastic as an assistant — always professional, attentive and made me feel completely at ease.
