I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental practice. I was unwell the night before my appointment and had no choice but to cancel. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, the practice removed me from their books entirely, which felt completely unreasonable and unfair. I recently had a series of dental treatments done including teeth whitening, bonding, and a bridge made and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. Time spent with dentist was quality. I wasn't being rushed in and out. The hygienist was thorough and full of compassion. Knew that as a proper grown up person, I was still very weary of going to the dentist with lots of reservations. 😄
I cannot comment on the dentist skills as they refused to treat me under the maternity exemption NHS for a scale and polish, explaining that I need to see their private hygenist and pay full price instead (still in the blurred as to why my gums are an issue to do a scale and polish treatment covered by the NHS). I felt rushed to take an immediate appointment with their hygenist right away, which was not nice.
