From the initial point of contact, the administrative staff were impatient, dismissive, and remarkably unhelpful. As a prospective patient considering a significant investment in braces, I naturally had several questions. Instead of receiving courteous and informed answers, I was met with sighs and vague responses. The staff seemed utterly incapable of providing basic information about their own procedur…
I had a really positive experience when getting my braces. All the staff were lovely and I was highly satisfied with my results
Dr Ali has done an incredible job on my teeth, he was very patient and kind and had perfected my teeth to how i had wanted them looking! Each appointment was extremely quick and easy due to Dr Ali’s efficiency! Definitely recommend.
