It was my first appointment at Crescent Lodge Dental Practice and I can't recommend this practice highly enough. The location is very easy to reach via public transport or by car. As soon as I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere helped me feel at ease and the professionalism of everyone involved in my appointment was evident from the start. The reception staff were polite, supportive, and genuinely cared about making patients comfortable. I had heard great recommendations about this practice and decided to book an appointment after suffering from long-term jaw pain despite trying various treatments. I am extremely pleased with the care I received. The location was great and easy to find. The practice was very clean, well organised, and the reception staff were welcoming. My 6-year-old son had to have two baby teeth extracted, and as a very anxious mum, I was extremely nervous before the appointment. But the entire team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Dr Nasir was exceptionally gentle, patient, and reassuring. Olga, the nurse, was wonderful at keeping my son distracted and relaxed throughout. And Maricel, the practice manager plus one Chinese manager, were truly outstanding, so kind, professional, and supportive. They really helped put both of us at ease. This has been my dental practice of choice since moving to London a few years ago. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Dr Mehdi in particular is a fantastic and incredibly diligent dentist. Would 100% recommend him!
