Great dentist Fran but unnecessarily brutal practice rules for NHS patients. Clearly not the patients the practice wants. Woke up on the day of my appointment with really swollen throat and tonsils. No sign I was going to be ill during working hours yesterday. Dentist doesn't open till 9am so called straight away. I was encouraged to come in despite having swollen tonsils and a fever and risk health of staff and patients, or be kicked off. Made to sound like they had no choice. What can I say!! Going to the dentist is one of the worst experiences ever. But not at this practice. First you have the amazing reception staff who have always treated me so well. So kind, helpful and organised. Then my dentist Dr. Francesca Siodlak is the most kindest dentist you will meet. She explains absolutely everything to you and is completely understanding also amazing at her job. I suffer from severe anxiety and this places makes me feel welcome and safe. I have been coming to this surgery for many years. I have always had top NHS treatment and never struggled to get an appointment even in an emergency. Dr Wylie is incredibly patient and always explains my options in detail. He knows my sensitivities for dental tools and takes time to allow me to relax and ensure i am pain free. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for onging dental care.

Actually. I joined the practice recently after I had read several nice and positive feedbacks. I just completed my first full treatment and I can say that the practice is nice/clean and welcoming! My encounter with receptionist Anju was very polite and helpful ALSO my treatment with my new denture by Francesca ( involving the removal of bad teeth, no pain at all!!) was satisfactory and completed nicely!
