Recently joined this surgery and already very happy with the level of friendliness and customer service. I visited the Clocktower Dental Surgery with my 4 year old daughter and we had an amazing experience. She was nervous and crying when we arrived, but the dentist, Helen, immediately put her at ease by calling her name while blowing soap bubbles, my daughter started laughing straight away! Dr. Helen was incredibly friendly and made the whole visit calm, gentle, and enjoyable for my little one. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. Overall, I’m so grateful for the wonderful care we received. Highly recommended!
