Recently joined this surgery and already very happy with the level of friendliness and customer service. The receptionists are lovely,delightful to deal with and extremely efficient too.A very transparent approach to how the dental work is priced,and everything was thoroughly explained by the dentist i saw(Priyen),before my treatment plan was put together. I had an excellent experience at Clocktower Dental Surgery. Dr Noordeen was calm, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment was efficient and pain-free, and nothing felt rushed. Alina, the nurse, was equally professional and reassuring throughout the appointment. The whole team created a welcoming, well-organised environment that genuinely prioritises patient comfort. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for high-quality, patient-focused dental care.

I visited the Clocktower Dental Surgery with my 4 year old daughter and we had an amazing experience. She was nervous and crying when we arrived, but the dentist, Helen, immediately put her at ease by calling her name while blowing soap bubbles, my daughter started laughing straight away! Dr. Helen was incredibly friendly and made the whole visit calm, gentle, and enjoyable for my little one. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. Overall, I’m so grateful for the wonderful care we received. Highly recommended!
