I had a hygienist appointment last week with Katarzyna. I am nervous patient but she was amazing , so gentle and professional. She explained in details what she was doing and gave some great advice about keeping oral hygiene and my gums healthy. Highly recommend!
I am just at the end of my Invisalign journey and I’ve got to say my dentist Sarah Shepherdson has been absolutely incredible! Always available to answer questions or queries. My availability is tricky and she has always made my appointments work. I also have highly sensitive teeth and she is always mindful of that. Any emergencies I could contact her straight away and always got a response. I couldn’t recommend her more highly, she’s been amazing!
I have been a patient at Clapham South Dental since I was a child (over 20 years), back when the practice was located directly above Sainsbury’s before the recent rebrand and move next door. Because of this long history, I can confidently say that the dentists themselves have always been excellent. Every dentist I’ve seen has been professional, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. That is the only reason this review is not one star. Unfortunately, the reception team is the complete opposite, and over the years it has only gotten worse. I had a root canal treatment done by Dr Ali Hilmi and I’m very grateful for his work. The procedure went very well, he was professional, calm, and clear in his explanations, which really helped put me at ease. The treatment is on the expensive side, but the quality of care and expertise were excellent. I would definitely recommend him.
