There's always time to explain what is wrong, and the ideal way to fix it. Amazingly, Dr L Khalilibegloo always has time to ask me to see by myself, with a mirror, what's wrong and discuss treatment. The decision of having anaesthetics its largely with us patients, after clarification of the procedure.
