Century Dental Clinic

Alexis is my dentist at this practice. She is super competent and very professional. Excellent dental work. We all hate going to the dentist but Alexis has an ability to empathise with our anxieties and keep people calm and at ease when they walk in through the door to sit in that reclining chair with those orange glasses on! She is tailor-suited to her job. And also full marks to Fazila, my hygienist, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and last but not least, full marks to the personable staff on reception.

I have always been exceptionally pleased by the way I have been received by the Century Dental Practice. The periphery staff in the general area of the practice - i.e. reception, anyone answering incoming telephone calls, are bright, polite, cheerful. Patients' names are usually remembered, and patients are made welcome when they come in to the practice. Obviously this is to the advantage of the practice -but it sets a good atmosphere. I was so lucky to be treated by the wonderfully talented dentist Susan Young, who made a beautiful repair of a badly broken tooth. She was very kind and understanding as I have a phobia, and am a very nervous patient. All the staff are very charming and efficient. Century Dental Clinic provides an excellent service.

I was so scared of Dentist which caused me to neglect my teeth and because of that found it embarrassing to smile .
