Chris F ★☆☆☆☆

They’re happy to take £30 for a deposit, and also happy to seemingly shut up shop when you go to the appointment. Their voice box is full and shutters are still down. Avoid if you don’t want to be robbed of your deposit with no appointment and no communication. Terrible.

0 stars for the practice itself. Nobody answers the phone. Have needed a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction and have had no luck in finding out if my referral has been made so left in pain and with no care in this xmas period. I sent an email and have had no response. The dentist is great so i cant fault him but the management and running of this practice is rubbish. I will be changing dentists ASAP.

Joanne Abbott ★☆☆☆☆

Has a root canal booked for today, turned up and practice is closed. I had been sent a reminder 2 days ago. Apparently they told the pharmacy next door they are closed for two weeks but have not let patients know. Fuming as I need treatment had take time off work. I understand having to reschedule on occasion but to not let people know is terrible 😞

Rachel Bowen ★☆☆☆☆

Cancels appointments repeatedly - for me and my children. I was assured this wouldn’t happen again and it has so we have now been left for months with no dental care. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere.
