I’ve been to Bray Dental Practice several times now and I’ve always had an excellent experience. The entire team is consistently polite, kind and professional. I would also like to mention Gabri, one of the receptionists, who has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I find the staff at Bray Dental Practice to be professional, friendly, and efficient. In particular, Dr. Emily is wonderful – she’s warm, reassuring, and always puts both myself and my 3-year-old son at ease. He actually looks forward to visiting the dentist, which says it all!
Great dentists as my husband has been coming here for years and I only joined last year. However, the receptionist should have proper training on how to talk to customers. I was being spoken to quite rudely with an attitude by a woman called Gabriella, about an appointment that I am trying to make. I have only cancelled once and way in advanced due to being too pregnant to lie on the dentist chair for an hour.
