I was seen at bow dental practice today. I suffer with mental health issues so I was extremely scared however the staff made me feel so welcom when I arrived the receptionist Michelle went above and beyond to be soportive towards me then when I was seen I got the most kind calm professional dentist Dr afy he spoke me though everything making sure I understood him I have never been treated so well by a dentist before thanks you so much bow dental practice for a great experience
I would highly recommend this dental practise as my experience with Dr. Esa and all the staff has been excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always ensures to take the time to explain the procedures and ensures I am comfortable the entire visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and overall I would highly recommend 😊
I have been attending this dentist for at least a couple of years now and this rating is purely for the receptionist at the front desk as I am extremely happy with my hygienist. I've been booking hygiene appointment since 2024 and they take half the payment at the time of the booking and half after the treatment is done. On my last visit there, I was accused of not having made the full payment and I was in 'debt' and she was extremely rude about this with other patients sitting there watching this lady accuse me. She was in a bad mood and she was clearly taking her frustration out on us. Sh…
Had a dental check up and scan for aligners with Dr Afy, he took his time with explaining all the steps of the check up and how much we could achieve with aligners. He was professional but friendly, highly recommend!
