I’ve been a patient at Belgravia Dental Care for a year now and the service is consistently excellent. Karen and the team are incredibly professional and welcoming, making every visit a stress-free experience. It’s rare to find a practice that maintains such high standards of care every time you walk through the door. I was a private patient at Bupa Dental Care Belgravia under Dr Cuddy and experienced seriously poor clinical management and delays in care. In August 2025, a tooth was noted as decayed and left exposed/untreated. I was told to wait, and while Dr Cuddy was away the tooth became infected, requiring two courses of antibiotics from another dentist. On Dr Cuddy’s return, I was then refused definitive treatment for the exposed/infected tooth pending a specialist opinion for a different tooth next to it. No temporary stabilisation was provided.
