I visited today for a hygiene treatment and had an excellent experience, despite a small issue with the online booking. My initial booking could not be confirmed, even though the payment was pending. When I arrived, I had to book the appointment again for the same day and pay a second time. I hope the first pending payment will be refunded or canceled automatically. I'm very disappointed with the dentist because I called to make an appointment for my child, and the receptionist gave me one. Then I made an appointment for myself for a different day, and she gave me that one too. But when I went to the dentist today, the receptionist told me they didn't have any appointments scheduled for my child and that if I wanted, I should come back today at 2:30, which I don't think is fair. APPALLING NHS Service - Negligent Care and Unacceptable Delays. I had an utterly despicable experience as an NHS patient at this practice. This was outright negligence. Despite presenting with a recurring abscess and repeated infections, I was left without proper treatment for approximately three months and fobbed off with multiple courses of antibiotics (two initial rounds, then two different antibiotics the third time) instead of receiving the definitive care I desperately needed.
