Amazing dentist! She was absolutely wonderful with my kids and made them feel completely at ease. As a very nervous patient myself, I felt really safe and comfortable throughout my treatment. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated with so much care and patience. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially families or anxious patients.

I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 15 years and it is with regret that I feel the need to amend and expand on my original review following the practice’s response. My concern has never been about whether fees are payable for completed treatment. Implant treatment is delivered in stages, and I fully understand that payment is due once a stage has been carried out. I wanted to get an appointment for scaling and polish under NHS, and they have straight out lied by saying that NHS dose not cover scaling and polish. The advice that I was given that I would need to do this in private which will cost me x amount. I find them that they are more into making money than seeing people under NHS.

Dr Thwaini is a fantastic dentist. He puts you at ease. He also had knowledge of my medical issues which affect my teeth and was able to tailor treatment to work with those limitations.
