Recently finished my dental implant treatment and am extremely happy with the result. Dr Abi did an amazing job and was a star all throughout the process. She presented me with the range of treatment options available to me and was informative about every stage of the procedure. Both her and all the dental nurses were fantastic and very kind during the various procedures / appointments. Hopefully I will never need to receive another dental implant in my lifetime, but if I do. I would come definitely come back here!

I had been a patient at this dental office since around 2003 — basically since I was a baby. In 2020, I was going through a really difficult time personally and missed an appointment. I sent a letter to apologize and was told I’d hear back from Dr. Palmer, but I never did. I’ve always respected Dr. Palmer as an Afro-Latina business owner and admired what she’s achieved, but I have to be honest — she has never been kind or understanding in my experience. I have been a patient at this practice since 2017, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. I requested a simple proof-of-address letter for my son on 28 August 2025, but after several follow-ups by phone and email, I still did not receive it. When I called again on 10 September 2025, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and even made inappropriate remarks about me speaking quietly because my baby was sleeping.
