Excellent service at All Orthodontics – Acton (West London). Dr Abdirizak Gas is extremely professional, kind, and clearly very experienced, with decades of expertise. He provided outstanding dental care for my children, making them feel comfortable and at ease throughout. Absolutely disgraceful service. My mother had an appointment booked weeks in advance, yet on the day, the staff were running late with no courtesy to inform us. When we asked about the delay, the receptionist responded with extreme hostility, shouting instead of offering a professional explanation. Rather than addressing his staff’s appalling behaviour, Dr Abdirzak chose to cancel the appointment entirely, effectively punishing my mother for their incompetence. Dr Abdirizak Gas made my root canal a surprisingly comfortable experience. Their expertise and gentle approach eased my anxiety. The procedure was quick and painless, and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend them for anyone needing dentistry work.
Always able to accommodate whenever you need an apt, very good affordable prices, visible changes to treatment being provided. And good customer service, Dr Razak involves you in the treatment decisions/management.
