Absolutely disgraceful service. My mother had an appointment booked weeks in advance, yet on the day, the staff were running late with no courtesy to inform us. When we asked about the delay, the receptionist responded with extreme hostility, shouting instead of offering a professional explanation. Rather than addressing his staff’s appalling behaviour, Dr Abdirzak chose to cancel the appointment entirely, effectively punishing my mother for their incompetence.
