The clinical care itself was OK (just), but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was made to feel judged for being delayed due to traffic, and there were visible eye-rolling and a condescending tone during conversation. I expect a more respectful and patient-centred approach in a healthcare setting.
Had a great check-up and consultation earlier this year. Probably the best, most transparent and helpful advice I’ve received from a dentist. I’ll be back soon! 😊
Jag Soneji at Alkali is the best dentist I have ever seen. I see him regularly for cleaning and dental work. He's the first dentist to resolve my fear of the profession; he's always thorough, gentle, understanding, full of knowledge and care. My other dentist was going to replace my crown whereas, with just an examination, Jag suspected I have an infection and the x-ray showed I did. He saved me £700. I had my dentine exposed for years if not decades, the other dentists said nothing, whereas Jag suggested I cover it with composite to prevent decay. I could go on. I love that he provides a c…
Do not go here! Unless you need minor things like cleaning, fixing a chip, filling do not consider this place for any of your braces worse service ever and if you have any issues it’s extremely difficult to get through to the receptionist. Imagine paying a dentist for wires braces he doesn’t assess your teeth properly (apparently you have a strong enamel) and all the brackets fall off within 2 weeks.. and your still paying no apology at all now your waiting another two months no Invisalign I can express the regret I’m feeling
