I booked an appointment at this practice specifically because the Bank location was convenient for me. Although I received a text with an address, the website, Google listing, and Groupon page all still showed the old Bank address, and the message did not make it clear that the branch had actually changed. If I had been properly informed that they were no longer based at Bank, I would not have booked in the first place.
