I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and honestly can’t praise them enough. The reception team are welcoming and really helpful, while the dentists are always thorough, friendly and professional. It’s such a well-run practice and I always feel well looked after - highly recommend!
I have been with this doctors surgery for almost two years and have experienced nothing less than impeccable service!! The reception staff are very respectful, accommodating and always happy to help and my dentists have been professional to say the least. I am a happy bunny. I love my dentist she’s very helpful, thoughtful. Explains everything clearly, so I understand what is happening and gives me all options available. Reception are amazing, excellent communication ☺️ One slight negative extremely hard to get an appointment because they’re so busy☹️
Firstly, I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the reception staff. I found them to be rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I was given incorrect information about my treatment and charges, which caused confusion and distress. Patients should be treated with respect and provided with clear and accurate information. Secondly, I believe I have been overcharged for treatment that was not completed. I was not properly informed about the treatment band, the total cost, or why the treatment was left incomplete.
